General description
Planar passivated high commutation three quadrant triac in a SOT78 plastic package.
This "series D" triac balances the requirements of commutation performance and gate
sensitivity. The "very sensitive gate" "series D" is intended for interfacing with low power
drivers including microcontrollers.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Glass passivated high commutation triacs in a plastic(TO-220AB) and a full pack(TO-220F) envelope intended foruse in circuits wherehigh static and dynamic dV/dt and high dI/dt can occur. These devices will commutate the full rated rms current at the maximum rated junction temperature,without the aid of a snubber.
