GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Glass passivated, sensitive gate triacs in a plastic envelope, intended for use in general
purpose bidirectional switching and phase control application. These devices are inte-
nded to be interface directly to microcontrollers, logic integrates circuits and other low
power gate trigger circuits.
