TDY1系列机床控制变压器

概述

TDY1系列机床控制变压器(以下简称变压器)是我公司技术研发部门经过多年来进一步吸收国内外同类产品的优点，采用先进工艺和严谨设计进行制造，并优选国外先进方法的接线端子，具有性能优良、工作可靠、耗能低、体积小、接线安全，适用性广等特点，是一种理想的变压电源。适用于50～60Hz，额定电压不超过1000V的交流 电路中，作为注塑机和机械设备的控制电源，工作照明及信号灯电源；也可作为小型动力电源使用，产品符合GB5226，JB/T5555-2001，VDE0550-1-3，EN61558-1:1997，EN61558-2-13:2000等有关国家、国际标准，并荣获欧共体"CE"认证，可与国外产品互换使用。

TDY1变压器按结构可分为壳式，按安装方式可分为立式与卧式。

TDY1系列变压器技术特性

初级次级绕组分开绕制，当次级只有一个绕组时，它担负变压器的全部额定容量，次级如兼有控制、照明及指示灯绕组时，则按各绕组容量分配分别绕制，对单绕组且有中间抽头的变压器其各中间抽头容量，皆小于变压器的额定容量，只有电压输出端可担负额定容量。
