JBK5系列机床控制变压器

概述

JBK5系列机床变压器适用于交流50-60HZ，一般输入额定电压不超过660V，输出额定电压不超过230V的电路中，作为各行各业的机械设备，一般电器的控制、照明和信号灯的电源之用。

JBK5系列变压器是引进德国型的变压器系列，在国内JBK3系列机床控制变压器基础上，进一步改进并优选国外的接线端子结构，将端子与骨架结合在一起，提高了接线密集程度，并使防护等级提高到IP2LX，防止偶然触及电路，采用IT冷压接线端子，增加了接线牢固性，可靠性。本系列变压器硅钢片与硅钢片之间，硅钢片与底板之间的联接均采用气体保护氩弧焊工艺，形成一个整体简捷明了。尤其是底板一次成型，使安装尺寸更为准确，精密，而采用优质防蚀合金材料，大大提高接地性能的可靠性，本系列变压器从外观到产品质量得到全面提高，产品符合GB5226，JB/T5555-2001，VDE0550-1-3，EN61558-1:1997，EN61558-2-13:2000等有关国家、国际标准，并荣获欧共体"CE"认证，可与国外产品互换使用。

JBK5系列机床控制变压器技术特性

初级次级绕组分开绕制，当次级只有一个绕组时，它担负变压器的全部额定容量，次级如兼有控制、照明及指示灯绕组时，则按各绕组容量分配分别绕制，对单绕组且有中间抽头的变压器其各中间抽头容量，皆小于变压器的额定容量，只有电压输出端可担负额定容量。

Application:

This series transformer is adopted in Germany technic and made improvement on the base of JBK3 model. It improve in advanced terminal block which can be connected to the coilframework together and increasethe wire compression so as to heighten protection grade to IP2LX to avoid touching circuit. It use IT end sleeves to increase fastness and reliability ofthe wire connection. This series transformer is adopted in weld of gas protection argon arc so as to be whole. The soleplate is moulding in one time to be more accurate and extract in the installation dimension. This series transformer is much improved in quality and shape. It conforms to GB5226，JB/T5555-201，VDE0550-1-3，EN61558-1:1997，EN61558-2-13:2000and gets CE approval.
