PT6112是一款高度集成的单节锂离子电池充电器, 较少的外部元件数目使得它非常适合于便携式应用。内部集成功率管,不需要外部检测电阻和防倒灌二极管。充电电流通过外部电阻进行设置,充电结束电压固定在4.2V。热反馈可以自动调节充电电流,可以在大功率或高环境温度下对芯片加以保护。
PT6112 分三个阶段对电流进行充电:当电池电压低于2.9V时是涓流充电,当电池电压大于2.9V时是恒流充电,并且涓流充电电流是恒流充电电流的 1/10,当电池电压到4.2V时进行恒压充电,在恒压充电过程中,充电电流逐渐减少,当减少到恒流充电电流的1/10时,结束充电过程。

GENERAL DESCRIPTION The PT1309 is a compact, high efficiency, and low voltage step-up DC/DC converter with an Adaptive Current Mode PWM control loop. It comprises of an error amplifier, a ramp generator, a PWM comparator, a switch pass element and the driver. It provides stable and high efficient operation over a wide range of load currents without external compensation. The 0.8V start-up input voltage makes PT1309 suitable for single battery cell applications. The built-in power transistor is able to provide up to 300mA output current while working under Li-Battery Supply. The output voltage is set with two external resistors. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The PT6105 is a highly integrated, digitally programmable, charging/discharging management IC for 3 to 7 serially connected Li-Ion or LiFePO4, batteries used in portable electrical tools or other multi-cell battery powered systems. It contains a multi-channel 10-bit ADC digitizing battery voltages, environment temperature, and battery discharge current. The converted data is transferred to MCU via I2C interface and is used for battery balancing and safety protections against battery over-voltage, under-voltage, discharging over current, and over temperature.
