Vicor的全型、小型和微型DC-DC转换器模块,标志着同类产品在性能表现及灵活性方面的大跃进. 透过先进的功率处理, 控制及封装技术, 降低了每瓦功率的处理成本, 而功率密度却增加了三倍. 低噪声的零电流及零电压开关架构, 以及半导体功率组件封装, 减低温升, 提高功率密度. 高度的硅芯片集成, 令组件数目较VI-200/VI-J00模块减少2/3以上, 增加产品可靠性.
除了现有的24V, 48V, 300V 及375V输入的标准品系列, 全型、小型和微型的电源工艺更容许客户自行设定产品的参数, 而无需像一般客制产品一样, 忍受漫长的开发期. 用户可以自由设定不同的输入输出及功率组合. 这意味无需再受标准品的限制或作出妥协.
结构紧密, 高效率的全型、小型和微型(第二代)转换器具有宽输入范围, 遥感端, 更优良的输出编程和低待机损耗等特性. 模块可以并联提供更高功率或实现真正容错. 有五种温度规格(至工作温度-55℃及储存温度-65 ℃). 三种基板款式和两款引脚, 提供效益的选择.
