这种风机是专门为空调箱内作送排风使用，或可以做成箱体式风机。因为这种风机无蜗壳设计，在装入箱体内后，Grade FE可以在可能空调箱内实现97%高效率的层流，从而可以使得换热器的换热效率大 大提高。由于这种风机直连设计，所以也被广泛用于医院，半导体，太阳能等需要高静压，低噪音及高效率无尘的工业及民用场所。
This kinds of fan is mainly desigened for suppy and return air in air handing unit and cabinet fan. Since this is non-housing, after installed in the AHU, it will get an unltra smooth laminar flow effciency up to 97%, then to improve the beat exchange effciency grately. 1.风机叶片为高效低噪音机翼型设计，该叶片利用现今先进的流体力学计算软件（CFD）及有限元分析软件相互配合，模拟旋转叶轮内部三维流场，通过不断改变叶片角度，形状，弧度等参数设计出来的阻力和紊流度小的叶片及叶轮。

2.风机叶片，前盘及中盘材质为高强度铝镁合金焊接制造，转速可达3000转，耐压可达3000PA以上。由于是铝镁合金材料，它本身具有很好的防腐性能，在潮湿及中温情况下保持持久稳定运行。
The wheel blade, bacl and front plate are ail welded together with Aluminum-magnesium alloy material. The max running speed of the wheel is 3000RPM, and this kind of fan can reach 3000Pa external stantistic pressure. 3.风机进口喇叭口采用的是类似风机发动机进口口旋压拉伸加工工艺，直接得到剖面为文丘里型线的双曲面进风口，保证了气流通过喇叭口平顺没有紊流地进入叶轮，消除进风损失，提高效率。
