Operation steps:
When you want to change or supply power to laps,connect the Point Cigarette into the Cigarette Lighter;Choose the right tip,which the voltage should be the same as your lap input voltage;Join the tips to the DC output;Put the Jined DC tip to the laps then it can be used.
