换机及保修时间说明
1.由于手机或电脑等产品更新换代很快,造成价格变动很大,故此建议买家在购买之前,请与我们联系,落实具体情况再拍下商品,由于没有联系我们造成的价格和无货纠纷,买家承担后果;
2.买家请于收到产品后48小时内在支付宝确认收货!否则当做自动放弃公司的售后服务!!请不要由于担心质量问题而拖间!产品有任何质量问题，我们会保修!! 如果您是中间商,您与客户间的任何问题请自已和客户沟通,请不要以此成为拒付款的理由。
一、以下情况所产生的故障不在保修范围之内：
1、进水；
2、正常磨损消耗(如排线，电池等）；
3、强烈震动或挤压后因物理损坏造成的故障：如摔坏或压坏；显示屏或摄像头等；
4、随机的闪存卡、礼品、蓝牙、外壳和屏幕不在保修范围内；
5、使用不当，未按商品使用说明书要求使用、维护、保养而造成损坏的；
6、机身的易碎保修贴、发生模糊、撕毁、涂改的；
7、保修期外，我们提供长期有偿维修服务。
二、注意事项：
1、公司生产经销的产品，网上报价均是工厂交货价(EXW或FOB Shenzhen),价格税；因此运费与保险费等。
2、买下后由于买家不喜欢，认为它不好看，不习惯使用等非产品质量问题，不提供退货或换货，需要更换另行计算费用。请考虑好再买！以免引起不要的纠纷！
3、产品参数大多数来自网络的息，供买家参考，参数如有更改公司修改，参数出入不能作为退货、换货依据
4、公司不包教买家使用数据线，GPRS设置等非手机故障以外的问题！如果您有任何疑问，欢迎您留言，我们会尽快回复的，谢谢！
5、产品价格都有可能变动，买家购买商品以付款当时价格为准，买家不能因为购买商品之后发生降价而要求赔偿！
三、换机及保修时间说明：
1、换机：合售后服务及相关条款的，七个工作日内办理完相关手续，如遇公司断货或停产，将不能换货，只能保修,敬请理解；
2、保修：自收到机器后，正常情况下七个工作日可返回，部分机器可能需更多时间；
3、保修期间由买家承担来回邮费，否则将不能享受换机及保修。
4、保修期内有问题的产品，比如手机和电脑只要寄出单机就可以，寄出时请用纸注明是什么问题、客户名、返货地址、电话、姓名。请要注明手机原因，如无用纸注明手机问题因而无法判断手机故障，就此造成的损失，买家负担！保修期外，公司均有提供格维修，让您100%用的放心。
