ZCJ Heavy-Duty Impact Tester

The Impact Tester has gained wide acceptance in testing the impact resistance of many types of coatings from paints to varnished to tough plated, plastic or laminated coatings. Test is in accordance with ISO6272、ASTM D2794、D3029、D4226 and water based wood lacquer standard. ZCJ Heavy-Duty Impact Tester designed and produced by our company is in accordance with the specification of ASTM D2794 [Standard Test Method for Resistance of organic Coatings to the Effects of Rapid Deformance(Impact)]、ISO6272 (Falling-Weight Test 2). It is applicable to evaluate impact resistance of a coating to cracking and peeling from a substrate when it is subjected to a deformation caused by a falling weight, testing the impact resistance of coatings from paint、varnish、waterbased woodlacquer coatings to high viscosity plastic coating.
