The machine is applicable to cumulative statistics of materials for building materials, cements, chemical industry, coal, harbors, mining areas, ceramics and feed etc. 工作原理Work Principle 当有物料经过安装于输送机架上的称重桥架时，计量托辊检测到皮带上的物料重量，通过称重传感器产生一个正比于皮带载荷的电流信号。速度传感器直接连接在传动滚筒上并提供一系列脉冲，脉冲的频率正比于皮带速度的速度信号。控制仪表接收载荷电流信号和速度信号运算一个瞬时流量值和累积重量。 When materials p the weighing bridge installed on the conveyor frame, the weighing roller detects the weight of the materials on the belt, and a current signal in direct proportion to the belt load is generated by the weighing sensor. The speed sensor is directly connected to the driving cylinders and provides a series of impulses the frequency of which are in direct proportion to the speed signal of the belt. The control instrument receives the load current signal and speed signal and calculates an instantaneous flow value and a cumulative weight valve.
