测试程序：检测漆包线的柔软度

取三根40cm长的漆包线样品，注意处理它们时不要损伤线的表面，以免影响终的测试结果。将线样放置在两个相距254mm（10英寸）的夹具之间，铜线预置51.75N/平方毫米的负荷，铝线预置27.6N/平方毫米的负荷，用来测量柔软度的比测仪须置，再将负荷增加至预置负荷的两倍（即铜线103.5N/平方毫米和铝线55.2N/平方毫米），停留30秒钟，然后卸去两倍的负荷，在比测仪上读取总变形值△，用以下方式计算低应力延伸值。

TT PROCEDURE:To determine the wire softns .

Take three sampl of enamelled wire 40 cm (1.5”) in length, paying attention to handle them with care avoiding deformation which will false the final tt rult. The sample shall then be placed between two jaws at a distance of 10”, a pre-load of 51,75 N/mm2 for copper wire and 27.6 N/mm2 for aluminium. The comparator used to measure the softns must be zeroed, double the tt weight (103,5 N/mm 2 for copper and 55.2 N/mm2 for aluminium) for a time of 30”, take out then the doubled weight, read on comparator the ?allvalue,then calculate the low strs elongation value with the following formula:
