特点及用途：熔体流动速率仪是用来测定各种高聚物在粘流状态时的熔体流动速率，在一定的温度和负荷下，熔体每10min通过标准口模的质量或体积，用MFR或MVR来表示，它既适用于熔融温度较高的聚碳酸脂、聚芳砜、氟塑料、尼龙等工程塑料，也适用于聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS树脂、聚甲醛树脂等熔融温度较低的塑料测试，广泛应用于塑料生产、塑料制品、石油化工等行业及有关院校、科研单位和商检部门。符合GB/T 3682《热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测定》及ISO 1133等标准的要求。
Feature and use: It tests melt flow rate of high polymer under mucosity flow state.It was expressed by MFR or MVR.It suits for testing polycarbonate,FI plastic and nylon under higher melt temperature. It suits for testing polyethylene、polystyrene、polypropylene、ABS colophony and polyformaldehyde colophony under lower melt temperature.It suits for GB/T 3682《Test method for melt flow rate of thermoplastics》and ISO 1133.
