ZWL-X5D是我公司成功推出ZWL-3908A、ZWL-3908B联排大功率LED分光分色系统之后，又一款实现对联排大功率自动剥料及分BIN的自动化设备。设备根据ZWL-3908A及3908B的测试数据，自动将支架上大功率LED快速剥离并准确地把LED分送到相对应的BIN号里。ZWL-X5D与ZWL-3908A、ZWL-3908B大功率分光机配套使用，大大了大功率LED封装企业的生产效率。
