一.概述 HLMZ2系列PTC热敏电阻是一种自动保护、自动恢复使用、无触点、无噪音、无火花的“万次保险丝”,或称“自恢复保险丝”,是继“温度保险丝”和“温度开关”之后推出的第三代保护器件。适用于万用表、充电器、小型变压器、智能电度表、数字万用表、微电机、小型电子仪器等线路中做过流、过热保护。二、应用实例及外形图 应用原理如下图所示:把PTCR串联在负载电路中,当电路处于正常工作状态时,通过PTCR的电流不超过额定电流即不超过PTCR的不动作电流,PTCR处于常态,阻值较小,不会影响被保护电路的正常工作。当电路出现故障,电流大大超过额定电流,PTCR骤然发热,呈高阻态,使电路处于相对“断开”状态,达到保护目的。当故障排除后,PTCR自动恢复正常工作。三、产品编号备注:

Working TheoriesThe restricting overloading protection PTC Thermistor is connected in series in the overloading circuit. when the circuit is in the normal working state , the current flowing through the PTC Thermistor is not high enough to make the temperature exceed the Curie temperature for protection ,and it is always in the low state of resistance. When the circuit breaks down and the return circuit current increases, the resistance of restricting overloading protection PTC Thermistor goes up sharply for being warm, until the circuit is cut off. After the clearing of the circuit trouble, the PTC Thermistor begins to cool and come back to the state of low resistance, and then the circuit enters normal working condition. When the circuit breaks down next time, the PTC Thermistor can enter the state of protection again. 灯具用延时启动型热敏电阻器 产品特点: 随着全球对于节能的需求,用于电子镇流器软启动的热敏电阻器越来越受到大家的重视。传统的镇流器启动,未经预热突加高压灯丝材料会发生严重溅射损耗,导致灯管提前发黑报废。而用热敏电阻器做延时启动的镇流器,是经过预热再加高压点亮灯管的,灯丝材料只会产生极其轻微的溅射,从而大大延长了灯管的寿命。有关权威机构所作的试验表明:应用PTC热敏电阻器来做延时启动,可以改变电子镇流器、电子节能灯的硬启动为预热启动,灯丝的预热时间达0.4-2.0秒,这样的电子镇流器能使灯管寿命延长四倍以上。工作原理当高频震荡回路接通时,由于PTC处于冷状态,Rt处于低阻状态,其阻值远远低于C2阻值,此时灯管电压小于它启动所需的电压值。于是,电流通过C1、Rt形成回路预热灯丝。与此同时,PTC热敏电阻也被加热到居里温度以上,Rt发热温度超过开关温度Tsw跃入高阻状态。其阻值远远高于C2阻值,电流则通过C1、C2形成回路导致LC谐振,产生高压点亮灯管。一般情况下延长预热时间应选用阻值较低、居里点较高、体积较大的PTC热敏电阻器。主要应用:产品主要应用于荧光灯电子镇流器,电子节能灯中。Delay-Time PTC Thermistors for Lamps and Lan...
由于其材料的特殊性能而具有优良的过电流保护功能,PTC串联于线路中,正常情况下它呈低阻值状态,电流可以顺利通过,当电路中出现异常大电流时,它的阻抗迅速变大(呈高阻值状态)有效限制大电流通过,保护电路不受损坏,当故障电流排除后,PTC阻值迅速下降恢复到低阻值状态。
