(六)Welding condition:焊接规范
◎材料焊接次数不超过2次.
Material welding times not more than 2 times.
◎焊接时请不要重压LED灯。
During welding please don't weigh LED lamp.
◎焊接后温度未回降到常温时请勿扭曲线路板。
After welding temperature not back to normal temperature when do not distort circuit board.
◎手工焊接时，烙铁温度不高于300℃，每个焊脚焊接时间不超过3秒
Manual welding, the welding temperature is not higher than 300 ℃, each leg welding time not more than 3 seconds
(七)Storage standard:贮存规范
◎请在未准备使用LED之前不要打开防静电袋子.
Please not ready before use LED do not open the anti-static bag.
◎LED在未开封之前应保存在30℃以下,湿度在60%以下的环境中,最长保存期为1年.
LED in the intact before should be kept in 30 ℃ below, humidity below 60% in the environment, the longest retention period for one year.
◎打开包装待后,LED需保存在30℃/40%湿度以下的条件,且必须在7天内使用完.
Open the packing to stay, LED to save in 30 ℃ / 40% humidity the following conditions, and must be in 7 days after use.
◎如果LED超出了第3点要求,则LED必须经过烘烤才能使用,烘烤条件为:60±5℃,12个小时
If LED beyond the third point requirements, then LED must pass a baking to use, baking conditions for: 60 ± 5 ℃, 12 hours
(八)Important Notes:重点注意事项
◎我司颜色等级完全参照1931 CIE标准拟定。
