产品简介
高安全性
由于电解质不含氧原子,发生短路时与使用二氧化锰电解质的电容器相比POSCAP不易燃烧,具有更高的安全性。
低ESR和低阻抗
POSCAP的高导电性实现了低ESR和低阻抗,与同等容量的其它电容器相比阻抗为1/3~1/10。
卓越的温度特性
POSCAP所用导电性高分子电解质的电导受温度影响小,因而,ESR基本上不受温度影响。
更长的寿命
由于电解质被高分子固化,因而,具有长的寿命。较好的热稳定性不会出现采用电解液的铝电解电容器那样的电解液干涸现象。POSCAP在环境温度105℃和额定电压下,10000小时的高温负荷试验表明它的ESR及容量的特性变化很小。
卓越的自愈能力

POSCAP虽然安全性较高,但是由于其故障模式为短路,因而万一发生短路后会出现发热和冒烟,发生冒烟的时间因短路条件的不同而为数秒或数分钟,设计上要使短路保护线路在此时间内工作。
