滨海治润电子有限公司系由上海治润电子有限公司投资兴办的半导体生产工厂，创立于2003年，地处长江三角洲前沿、交通便利、腹地广阔、地理位置优越的滨海县南部经济开发区，占地35亩，拥有现代化厂房，厂房建筑面积达12000平方米,。一期投资人民币5000万元，从事二极管类电子产品研发、生产制造、销售为一体的化高科技企业。 

       工厂现有员工500余人,其中技术人员100余人,约占公司总员工的20%。公司主营产品为瞬变抑制系列二极管，整流系列二极管、快恢复系列二极管、肖特基系列二极管、高压系列二极管、开关系列二极管、稳压系列二极管、桥堆、二极管粒子、半导体功率二极管、半导体功率晶闸管、汽车整流器专用二极管以及各种模切产品、特殊粘胶产品、各种胶带、各种印刷产品等半导体器件，年生产能力15亿支。

Binhai Zhirun Electronics Co., Ltd., a semiconductor manufacturing factory, invested by Shanghai Zhirun Electronics Co., Ltd, was founded in 2003, located in the Yangtze River delta front, which has convenient transportation and a vast interland. Binhai southern economic development zone covers 35 acres, which has a modern plant that has an area of12,000 square meters. An investment of 50 million yuan was put in the research of diode electronics product and manufacturing and sales of specialized high-tech.
