描述
A4941 三相电动机驱动器整合了 BEMF 感应，在风扇应用中无需霍尔传感器。
提供脉冲调制 (PWM) 输入控制电动机速度，无需外部可变电源，从而节省系统成本。PWM 输入也可作为开关使用，以终止电动机工作，使 IC 进入功耗较低的待机模式。
A4941 采用 16 引脚 TSSOP 封装（后缀 LP），并安装有外露散热板。其封装为无铅产品，且采用 100% 雾锡电镀。
