性能特点（Characteristics）：
AWD 系列双飞叉转子绕线机是为提高微特电机性能和生产效益而设计、制造的专用设备。主要适用于微特电机转子绕组的绕制。
该机采用变频调速技术，具有缓升、缓降（梯形速度曲线）的功能。可根据待绕转子的大小、漆包线直径的粗细等因素，设置起始绕制速度和的缓降速度；精密电子计数器可预置绕组总匝数和开始缓降匝数；结合可靠的电磁离合制动装置及张力机构，可保证在高速绕制每个绕组的同时不断线，达到可靠高效的目的。是微型电机生产线上（或单机）大批量生产的理想配套设备之一。
The machine is designed to raise micro-motors' performance and production efficiency. It is used mainly for winding the magnet wire into the slots of an armature.
With the help of a precious frequency controller, the machine possesses a ladder speed feature for winding process. The start-up and slow-down speed can be preset according to the armature size and the wire diameter. An accurate electronic counter gives the numbers for total and buffer number. Together with a reliable electrical brake and tension system, the machine can work efficiently and stably in a high speed up to 3,000 rpm without broking the wire.
It is an ideal machine for micro-motor production line or single equipment manufacturing.
