简介
高频无极灯是集电子节电应用技术与电光源技术于一体的高新技术产品，是新
一代绿色光源，灯内没有一般照明灯必需具有的灯必需具有的灯丝和电极，仅由一个空
心放电灯泡和一个高频发生器组成，用高频电磁场能量激发灯泡内的气体放电而导致发
光，具有高效节能、绿色环保超长寿命等特点，几乎集中了各种光源的优点。可广泛应
用于工业，公共场所、公共设施照明，尤其适用于照明范围大、照明时间长、更换灯泡

Introduction
Electrodeless discharges lamp is a new technical product based on the latest electrical
power-saving technology and electrical source technology. It is green source and doesn’t
have filament and electrorode, it’s only made of a hollow discharging bulb and a high
frequency generator whose electromagnetic energy encourages gas discharging. It has the
advantages of various sources such as high efficiency, energy-saving, environmental protection,
long life-span and is widely used in industry, public and lighting facilities. It is
especially used in the place where the lighting scope is wide, the lighting time is long, the
replace of bulb is difficult and the cost of maintenance is high.

工作原理
高频无极灯在原理上是基于荧光灯气体放电的高频电磁
感应两个熟知原理相结合的一种新型光源，当高频发生器得
到适当的电压时，产生频率高达2.68MHz的高频电流，高频
电流通过高频输出线流过功率耦合器的线圈时，产生相应的
高频电磁场，在磁场能量的作用下，泡壳内的惰性气体发生
雪崩电离而释放出紫外线，三基色荧粉受紫外线激励而发光。
由于无极灯的工作频率高达2.68MHz，电流过零而产生的通
频闪效应被彻底消除了，保护了人眼的视觉健康，有助于提
高劳动安全。
Working principal
Electrodeless discharges lamp is new type source based on the
connection of fluorescent gas discharging and high frequency electrical
influence. When the voltage is suitable, the radio generator produces
current higher than 2.68MHz. The high current will form electrical
magnetic field when passing coupling through output line. With
the effect of magnetic energy, the inert gas will form an avalanche of
ionization and release ultraviolet radiation, which encourages the
three-color fluorescent lighting.
Because of the 2.68MHz high working frequency, the luminous
flicker affect is eliminated, so it can protect the eyes and ensure
safety.

适用范围
1 区、2 区危险气体场所；
IIA、IIB 类T1～T4 组爆炸性气体或蒸气环境；
户内、户外(IP65)。

无极灯没有灯丝或电极等限制光源寿命的必然组件，寿
命不受开关次数的影响，可达60000小时，是白炽灯的
60倍，高品质节能灯、钠灯和金卤灯的12倍，一旦安装
使用，长年无需维护 ；
基本气体放电和电磁感应的原理，高效、节能、环保、
同等亮度下，比白炽灯节能80%以上，比电子节能灯节
能30%以上，比汞灯、钠灯和金卤灯综合节能40%以
上，无污染 ；
超低电压启动，88V电压即刻正常工作，适应全球电压、
电压波动，亮度不变。工作频率是工频照明的5万多倍，
电流过零导致光通的频闪效应被彻底消除了，保护了人
眼的视力健康，有助于提高劳动安全 ；
交直流通用，直流应急电源不经逆变即可方便地用于发
电厂、石油化工、变电所、核电站等特殊场合的应急照
明 ；
在-20℃至+50℃的环境温度下，无极灯可即开即亮，
无须预热，而电子节能灯、汞灯、钠灯与金卤灯等需要
3至15分钟的预热时间。
Features
Enclosure is made of casting aluminum alloy, with high-pressure
electrostatic plastic-sprayed surface;
Toughened glass lamp shade, stainless steel exposed fixed parts;
Adopts moveable bolt to fix for easy openning and maintenance;

Electrodeless discharges lamp doesn’t have filament and electrode
or any other necessary components which limit the life of source.
The life is not affected by switching numbers and can reach 60000
hours which is 60 times of incandescent lamp and 12 times of
energy-saving lamp、sodium lamp and metallic halide lamp. Once
used , it doesn’t need maintenance for long years;
Based on the principle of gas discharging and electromagnetic effect,
it is high efficiency, emergency-saving, environmental protection.
It can save energy 80 percent than incandescent lamp, 30
percent than electrical energy-saving lamp and 40 percent averagely
than mercury lamp, sodium lamp and metallic halide lamp.
Mercury can be recycled and has no pollution;
Start with low voltage, work commonly with 88V voltage, suitable
for global voltage, lightness won’t change when voltage fluctuates.
The working frequency is 50000 times of lighting frequency. The
luminous flicker effect is eliminated, so it can protect the eyes and
ensure safety;
Alternating and direct current are both used, direct emergency lamp
source can expediently used in power house, petrochemicals, transformer
substation, nuclear power station and other special occasions;
Btween the temperature of -20℃ and +50℃, non-pole lamp can
lighting when starting, it doesn’t need warm-up while the electrical
energy-saving lamp, mercury lamp, sodium lamp and metallic halide
lamp all need 3 to 15 minutes warm-up time.
