弹性粘接胶MS PLUS-303

● 用途范围

■ 适用于震动性，冷热变化大的地方的各种板条密封，软质材料的粘结。

■ 各种的工业，车体．火车．船舶的制造，电器设备，空调的通风管处等。可用于集装箱的密封，汽车底盘的焊缝密封等。

● 使用方法

■ 基本的表面必须保证干净，干燥

■ 扭开螺旋式的管口，把内部的防湿膜取出，然后再按上管嘴使用。

■ 在胶管的适当部位用刀切开后，装上抢管使用。

■ 为得到良好的质量保证，请缩短使用时间。

● 注意事项

■ 注意不要长时间直接接触皮肤。

■ 本品在硬化过程中可能会引起甲醇的挥发，请一定要注意作好室内空气的流通。

■ 请不要接触含有PE,PP 的物体。

■ 在接胶丙烯板和聚碳酸脂板时,会出现裂缝的可能性,请予先作好适用确认。

● Product description

Sharp chemical production of flexible adhesive MS PLUS-303 is one part high-quality binder.After cured it form a high elastic solid. It changes suction stress with the colloidal vibration and sizing. It is a trusted high-tech product.

■ Non-melting agent, does not contain isocyanates, no smell, high safety.

■ Without rendering coat can also have very good adhesion to metal.

■ Can be painted.

■ Good UV resistance.

■ Also has a high elongation at break and characteristics of softness performance.

● Apply for

■ Applicable to lath sealing and light materials bonding at vibration, large temperature difference between hot and cold.

■A variety of industrial, refrigerator freezer panels sealed, Ship manufacturing,electrical equipment,air-conditioned ventilation and so on.

● Application methods

■ Substrate surface must be clean and dry.

■ Switched on the bolt-style mouth, put out the wetproof membrane, then fitted withnozzles to apply.

■ Cut on the appropriate parts of the hose. Mounted on the barrel.

■ In order to get good quality assurance, please shorten the time of application.

● Caution

■ Pay attention not to direct contact with skin for long time.

■ This product at curing process may lead to evaporation of methanol, be sure to pay attention to make the indoor air circulation.

■ According to the use of different types of paint, there may be some problems on the contact surface and sticky to the surface, it must be identified the scope befor the application.Especially when apply with soluble synthetic resin series.

■ Please do not contact containing PE, PP objects.

■ When seal to propylene and polycarbonate sheet, cracks may occur, please confirm befor apply.
