在耐压测试中,我们都是认为漏电流越小越好,因此很多的操作者都没有对下限电流进行设定(一般出厂值设定为零),如果出现上述的情况,就存在误判的可能,这时合理地设定下限就能解决此种情况的发生。在耐压仪不连接被测物的情况下进行空测,此时有一个很小的虚电流,我们只需将下限电流设定为较空测电流值稍高就可以了。 当测试回路出现开路(如操作人员未能连接好被测物或是测试线短裂等情况),由于漏电流值小于下限设定,此时绝缘耐压测试仪就会出现报警的提示。那么我们就要检查一下是否测试线或是连接上出现开路的情况,从而确保产品测试的有效性。 在作绝缘阻抗测试中,也同样存在这样的问题。对于一般产品而言,总是认为产品绝缘电阻越大越符合要求,但如果同样出现绝缘耐压测试仪与被测物之间开路的现象,那么也会存在同样的误判现象。这时我们就可以通过设定绝缘阻抗上限值来避免这种情况的发生。
