The VU-HY is a Hi-tech bench machine with PLC control and a LCD display with 4 text lines and incorporates VU's modular system with interchangeable heads and roller tables. It is designed with superior components; PLC control, servomotor for head drive and precision stepper motor for core drive, interface for PC. The user friendly PLC software guides the operator thru the programming with clear text commands. It is easy to operate the machine. Typical jobs for the VU-HY are general and heavy wire applications. The machine is very strong and heavy. It has a powerful servo motor with 1.5 KW for head drive, therefore it can handle thick wires at high speed. In most cases it solve down Floor model machine problem which is too big and too slow.
