This device also has a page-write capability of up to 64 bytes of data. This device is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 256k boundary. 信息内容：产品概述： The artschip Technology Inc. 24LC04B (24XX04*) is a 4 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM. The device is organized as two blocks of 256 X 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface. Low-voltage design permits operation down to 1.8V, with standby and active currents of only 1μA and 1mA, respectively. The 24XX04 also has a page write capability for up to 16 bytes of data.
