BNC 系列连接器设计于二十世纪四十年代。BNC（Bayonet Navy Connector）系列连接器具有特殊的卡口式连接方式，它的插座上有两个卡销，连接时只需把连接螺母转动 1/4圈即可锁定连接器。BNC 系列连接器适合需要频繁插拔的场合。
