概述

JMB、BJZ、DG、BZ型系列照明变压器适用于交流50HZ，电压500V及以下的电路中，作为机床及其它设备的局部照明灯电源。

JMB、BJZ、DG系列变压器是由TP-DK系列变压器和防护外壳构成，外壳两侧有供输入电源和负载接线用的接线柱，并有供接地用的接地螺钉；BZ型照明变压器是由TP-DK50、TP-DK100控制变压器、LS3-2型主令开关及保护外壳组成，在主令开关上装有熔断器，用以保护照明回路，电源从装有主令开关一端的防尘薄膜处引入，通过主令开关来接通和分断照明灯。

初级次级绕组分开绕制，当次级只有一个绕组时，它担负变压器的全部额定容量，次级如兼有控制、照明及指示灯绕组时，则按各绕组容量分配分别绕制，对单绕组且有中间抽头的变压器其各中间抽头容量，皆小于变压器的额定容量，只有电压输出端可担负额定容量。
