1. Switch on the AC power (picture A). Without DC connectors in the DC port, the LED screen  shows 12V
2.  

2. When this device supply power for the laps as an adaptor：

b. According to the user manual of the lap and the specification of the DC connectors, choose the right DC connector for your lap and join in them together, then the LCD indicates the relative output voltage

c. Connect it to the lap        

3、When using the U function, connect the charging cable of mobile phone, MP3 or other relative device to the U output of ac adaptor, then it can be used for charging.
