八。注意事项
1.潮湿包装Moisture Barrier Bag
To avoid moisture penetrate into PLCC DLED package, the B bag packing is vacuum pack. 为避
免产品在运输及储存中吸湿,PLCC D LED 的包装是用潮的铝包装袋抽真装，并且包装袋里
面含有干燥剂，干燥剂主要起到控制包装里的湿度。
2. 储存Storage
a. The LEDs can be prerved for 1 year in condition of temperature no more than 30℃ and humidity no
more than 60%RH. If more than 12months, recommended the unit go through re-bake procs. 包装袋密封
后贮存在条件为温度< 30℃， 湿度< 60%RH，保存期为12 个月。当过保质期时，需要重新烘烤。
b.在开包装之前，请先检查包装袋有无漏气，如果有漏气现象，请重新烘烤后再使用。After open the
B bag, check any leakage. If found any leakage, reel must go through re-bake procs.
c.开封后请在以下条件使用：温度< 30℃、湿度在60%RH 以下；如果使用时间出24 小时，须做以
下烘烤处理才可使用。After open the B bag, recommended to be used under temperature <30℃ and
humidity <60%RH. If more than 24 hours, reel must go through re-bake procs.
d.烘烤条件：产品在烘箱在温度为70℃ &plun; 5℃；相对湿度≤10%RH，时间： 12 小时。Re-bake condition:
Reel bake in condition 70℃ &plun; 5℃ for 12 hours.
e.从包装中拿出产品再烘烤。在烘烤的过程中不能打开烤箱门。During re-bake procs, not recommend
to open the oven door.
3．静电放电和冲击电流D and EOS
a.静电放电（ D ）或脉冲电流（ EOS ） ，可能会损害PLCC D LED。D and EOS might damage
the product.
b.须佩戴静电手腕，穿静电鞋或静电手套后，才可以进行PLCC D LED 生产。Recommended to
wear D ground strip, D sho.
c.的机械设备须接地。Recommended machine to be grounded.
4. 焊接Solder
4-1手工焊接作业Manual solder operation
a.使用的烙铁须少于25W，烙铁温度须保持在低于315℃ ，焊接时间不能过2 秒。
