Intelligent battery discharger is the instrument that can maintain and capacity test to battery, DC power and UPS backup battery .It has discharge models of constant-current. After setting parameter, it can achieve capacity test to battery and load capacity test to DC power . It solves the problem of large capacity data storage due to adopting standard USB interface, of which data can be read with U disk. Data processing software kit can real-time gain the running status and parameter of discharger and form, display, print, all kinds of chart that is of powerful on-line monitor and analysis process function. Battery and DC capability can be seen clearly.

\r\nMain features
\r\n\r\nl Test data can be showed by big LCD and referred by Chinese (English) menu and controlled by CPU. It’s of high intellectualized level. After setting parameter, the machine can achieve automatically capacity test to battery and load capacity test to DC power supply.
\r\n\r\nl Three conditions of stopping discharge can be set: the lowest protective voltage, discharge capacity and discharge time of battery. The machine can stop discharge automatically meet forefront conditions.
\r\n\r\nl Power consumption part is of high power, no naked light, safety and long life that is adopted new component and owning intellectual property patent technology.
\r\n\r\nl Setting and control function of PC: data process software kit and intelligent control can achieve PC monitor.

\r\nl 键盘设置：用户可根据电池容量或检测要求设定放电电流、保护电压、放电容量、放电时长等参数。
\r\nl 实时监控功能：实时显示各设定的参数（如电压、电流、时间等）。
\r\nl 完善的自动保护功能和报警功能：放电仪设有欠压、高温、反接、断电自动保护功能，并可发出报警声响。
\r\nl 记录查询： 放电仪可以存储8次放电数据（每次10小时），用户可以根据需要进行查询。
\r\nl 实时通讯：可直接通过RS232接口与PC机通讯，实现计算机监测控制、数据分析与处理。
\r\nl 电压、电流显示值的校准修正功能：主要校准电池组总电压、电流。
\r\nl 数据转贮和处理功能：放电结束后，数据经U盘转存或经RS232接口上传计算机，后台处理后可自动生成各种图表，为判别电池组的优劣提供科学的依据。
\r\nl 计算机控制功能：计算机可以随时获取放电仪的状态信息，控制放电仪开始、停止或暂停放电；可设置、修改放电仪放电参数；选择放电仪放电模式等。
\r\nl 放电仪有掉电记忆功能。掉电后所有测试数据不丢失，加电后无需重新设定参数，可继续放电。
\r\nMain functions
\r\n\r\nl Keyboard setting: Users can set discharge current, protective voltage, discharge capacity and discharge time according to battery capacity and test request.
\r\n\r\nl Real-time monitor function: It can real time display all kinds of setting parameter (for example voltage, current and time ETC.)
\r\n\r\nl Perfect automatic protection and alarm function: It is of under voltage, high temperature,opposing connection, automatic protection power –off and sending alarm sound.
\r\n\r\nl Record query: discharger can contain 8 times discharge data (each time 10 hours); users can inquire according to needs.
\r\n\r\nl Real-time communication: It can communicate with PC via RS232 interface, and achieve PC monitor, control, data analysis and process.
\r\n\r\nl Adjustment and correction function of voltage and current value: total battery voltage and current of main adjustment.
\r\n\r\nl Data transfer and process function: After discharging, test data can be transferred or uploaded to PC with RS232 interface, then form all kinds of chart after background processing. It can provide scientific basis for adjusting battery capability.
\r\n\r\nl PC control function: Pc can gain discharger status message at any moment, control starting, stopping and pausing discharge, set, correct discharge parameter of discharger and select discharge model and so on.
\r\n\r\nl It is of power-off memory function. After power off, all test data can’t lost; after power on, it can discharge continuous no need reset parameter.

\r\n\r\n可以直接获取放电仪的放电数据,并进行处理和分析，可查看、打印电流/电阻/功率曲线图、电压曲线图、检测数据等。根据这些图表可以查看电池的性能变化趋势、检测数据等情况，使电池组的性能直观的展现在我们面前。

\r\nThe machine can gain direct discharge data, process, analyze, examine, print graph of current, resistance and power, voltage graph and test data and so on. Users can check the change trend of battery, test data according to these graphs and make battery capability seen clearly.
\r\nPC机监控功能：通过上位机软件，计算机可以直接监测控制放电仪，真正做到无人值守。
