AL201 High Voltage Testing Transformers Implementation of standards. DL/T848.2-2004 In order to avoid electric shock, to avoid meters or equipments under test being damaged, and to ensure personal safety, users are warned to use this apparatus properly. The following advice shall be followed at any time. Test Transformer Type: Oil filled, inflatable, dry. The testing transformer shall be properly earthed before power being switched on. The apparatus shall not be switched on before being properly earthed. Introduction of Product Transformer for high voltage test produced by our company is the main equipment of insulation strength test for various kinds of products such as power supply unit, switch gear, insulation tools and materials etc. This series of products is of compact structure and good versatility. It is convenient to use this series of products and is especially suitable for on-site check of insulation performance of various kinds of electric equipments. Characteristics of Product The iron core of this series of products is of single phase. As for fastening method, epoxy plate or steel material will be used as clamping piece and the traditional core-through bolt is stopped to use. The coil is of concentric cylinder multi-layer tower type. Low voltage coil is on inner side and high voltage coil is on outer side. Meter coil is the 100V tap of high voltage end. The design of transformer cover is suitable for the structure of cassette mechanism. High voltage silicon rectifier stack in the testing transformer (for both alternating current and direct current) is sealed within the high voltage tube with special process. · Product of AL201 type can be used for general AC line frequency high voltage test. · Product of AL201 type has concatenate coil. It can be concatenated with other testing transformer to provide higher line frequency voltage. · Product of AL201 type can be use for AC & DC withstand voltage test. · Product of AL201 type has concatenate coil. It can be used for single unit or concatenate AC & DC high voltage test. Main Technical Parameter Measuring Voltage: 100V or 200V Capacity: 15;20;25;50KVAand so on Subject to routine test report.
