pH / Redox (ORP) Sensor AP100
The pH / Redox (ORP) Sensor AP100 has a proven track record in a wide range of applications. The AP100's bayonet technique enables quick removal for maintenance while the double-unlock method ensures safe pressure venting. The sensor is available with general-purpose or low-resistance 'blue-gl' for low temperatures. Manufactured in gl-coupled polropylene, the all-in-one sensor can be supplied for flow-through, dip and submersible applications.- Compact 'all-in-one' cartridge design
- Detachable cable option
- Low resistance 'blue-gl' version
- Flow, dip, insertion and submersible systems
- Small-bore flow system
- Stainless steel flow system option
- Water-wash option
pH / Redox (ORP) Sensor AP200
The pH / Redox (ORP) Sensor AP200 is designed to provide high reliability and withstand the toughest environments for process monitoring and control. The rugged embly is built to bear the rigours of weather and process. Parts in contact with the process comprise chemically-resistant PPS Ryton™ and stainless steel, or PPS Ryton™ and Hastelloy C. Flow-through holders are available in polropylene, while the PPS Ryton™ insertion adapter enables installation in alternative material pipelines. Insertion and Flow-through systems tolerate temperatures up to 130 °C (266 °F) and pressures up to 6 bar (90 psi). The inner electrode connections are ingress-protected to IP 67 / NEMA 6P (exceeds NEMA 4X).- Safe operation and high process resistance
- Empowers just-in-time maintenance by enabling diagnostics
- Reduced maintenance costs with jet-wash capability
- Reduced running costs through solid electrolyte
- High urance of operation and calibration
- Increased user-flexibility with VP sensor connector
- Suitable for a wide range of applications
