本厂生产的蓄电池测试仪，可以测试各种规格的蓄电池容量状态，进行高校放电，判断蓄电池的好坏。
1、 结构特点：
本产品由直流电压表，负载电阻，线路、开关，以钢材为外壳，镀铜夹头等组成，仪表表盘有蓄电池的容量状态指示。 联兴
2、 技术参数：
测试范围：蓄电池电压额定为6v、12v，蓄电池额定容量为32-500安时，放电电流为100-120.
指标形式：以表面颜色和文字指明。
测量方法：手动顺时接触式，每次测试时间不得过5秒。
表头：2.0线表头，测量为0-16v，出厂产品均合企业标准（Q/ILPW-02-98）
3、 测试准备：蓄电池测试时，在通风的地方进行操作，操作者不准吸烟，周围不得有明火。清洁蓄电池测试端，检查蓄电池外壳是否破裂、损坏。
4、 测试蓄电池的方法：先检查仪表指针是否在标度盘左向位上，如指针位，在后盖孔中旋转调器，将指针调到位为正。将测试夹头夹在蓄电池接线柱上，表面指示灯亮为正级，可以不分正负进行测试，如指示灯不亮，检查夹子是否加好。按动负载开关，直到指针稳定，时间不得过20秒。
5、 蓄电池分析：见表面指针，在绿区为好、红区为低、黄区为弱。放电测试时间，读出电压见反面详图。
6、 测试充电系统:
(1) 按照测试蓄电池的方法，连接测试仪。
(2) 启动发动机让其正常的工作温度。
(3) 启动发动机转速到1200-1500转/分。注意保持转动的发动机清洁，同时不要按负载开关。
(4) 读数：读数在红域内说明充电系统有问题，蓄电池将充电不足，若指针指示OK区域内（绿）,既说明充电系统完好，可以对蓄电池进行充电。
7、测量蓄电池段隔
（1）将蓄电池测试仪上的红色橡胶带线夹头夹在蓄电池正桩柱上，注：黑色橡胶线夹严禁使用，以危险。
（2）将带线测试棒表体下端插孔内，即可对蓄电池进行逐隔测试其段格状况，如有一个表面指示没有反应（测试时应接触良好）说明蓄电池已断隔。
（3）常规测试为每格2伏，说明蓄电池是好的。
8、注意事项：（1）严禁将测试仪暴露在雨雪天。（2）蓄电池周围严禁火种，不要让金属工具跌落在蓄电池上，以产生火花、短路或由此引起的其他故障甚至。（3）测试仪有任何损坏时不得使用。

6, test charge system:
(1) according to the test battery method, connection tester.
(2) start engine let to the normal working temperature.
(3) start engine speed to 1200-1500 revolutions per minute. Pay attention to keep rotary engine clean, at the same time not to press load switch.
(4) reading: reading in the red areas that charging system has a problem, battery will undercharge, if the pointer indicating OK area (green), which means charging system in good condition, can to battery charging.
7, measuring battery section partition
