SCR200交换架
SCR200可对多六个TP200测针模块进行自动交换。SCR200由的测头接口 —PI200供电，并可的测针交换。SCR200套件可包含低测力和标准测力组件，每一种套件都包含一个SCR200加上三个测力相同的测针模块。
