Modular PSR safety relay system
Modular PSR safety relay systemThe modular safety relays can be put together safely and quickly to form a tailor-made system according to the modular principle. This is based on a master safety relay for the monitoring of emergency off, safety doors, magnetic switch and light grids as well as laser scanners.
The intelligent master safety relay can be installed through automatic operating mode detection and do not need to be configured. On the PSR-TBUS DIN rail connector, up to ten safety relays can be mounted comfortably to form a system with 42 contacts.

Safe downtime and speed monitoring
The PSR-R4 module monitors the speed of rotating parts in machin and systems.
The module safely switch off the machine if a predefined speed is exceeded.
The external mode selection allows safe monitoring of up to three different speeds. For this, all common encoders can be connected to the module using RJ-45 cable adapters or initiators using connection terminal blocks.
