一、概述Outline
QJ(D/S)RB精小型气动保温O型切断球阀是由阿斯塔气动活塞式执行机构和夹层整体铸造阀体组成。阀芯为圆柱通孔球体。
该产品阀座设计成具有像弹簧一样的回弹作用而形成双挠性阀座，确保了球体密封的可靠性。同时介质压力与上游端挠性结构的回弹力又增加了下游端阀座的密封。挠性结构又自动补偿阀座的磨损及温度和压力变化，提高了使用寿命。
该产品具有易拆装维修、外形整洁、体积小巧、保温效果好等优点。能广泛应用于易结晶及粘稠的流体，并能满足各种需要保温介质的场合。如含蜡质、沥青较多的石油等被控介质，防止介质的结晶，确保自控系统高效运转。
