       ZYVF-L10型LED观片灯是针对JB/T4730-2005《承压设备无损检测》和GB/T 19802-2005《工业射线照相底片观片灯》新的标准研制的新产品。
光源采用大功率的LED面光源，使其在高亮度下，依旧具备极高的均匀度，且理论工作寿命在50，000小时以上，是现有工业射线底片观片灯的更新换代产品。
       此外，还具有造型美观、结构合理、光线均匀稳定、使用可靠、携带方便、亮度可任意调节等特点，是目前理想的X射线照像底片观察灯具。能广泛适用于机械、化工、航空、造船、锅炉、电力等单位射线照像底片的评定工作。便携坚固耐用的外观设计，使其极度适合在野外流动性的场合工作。观察屏材料采用日本三菱株式社生产的亚克力板，具有超越玻璃的透光性，良好的慢散射性能，并且持久耐用，不变形、不变色，可清晰地观察到在4.0D黑度底片上的微小缺陷，满足了日常使用的需求。
       该产品还根据人眼生理学的特点，限定LED的色温在8000K左右，不刺眼，即使长时间地观看，眼睛也不易疲劳。采用针对LED观片灯而设计的恒流驱动方式，更大程度上保证了LED的正常工作，从而达到延长寿命的目的。低压电子脉宽调制方式的亮度无级调光，进一步保障了使用者的安全，具备脚踏模式和手动模式，满足不同工作习惯，节能环保。
