ZWL-3928是国内款拥有自主知识产权的单晶测试机,采用的嵌入式技术、大规模集成电路、精密数控电源驱动及数据采集模块,能够配合全自动分光分色机、芯片探针台等应用平台,实现LED全自动测试、分拣。具备测试蓝光、白光及一般可见光LED(发光二管)的光电参数功能;测试条件及分类条件可由电脑设置,测试结果电脑显示。可替代台湾维明公司生产的LED-628型机器。
ZWL-3928 is the only single-chip led test instrument with all independent intellectual property rights at home at present. It adopts the advanced built-in technology、LSI、exact CNC power supply drive and fast data sampling module. Accompanied with automatic spectrophotocolorimeter, chip detector instrument, etc, to realize the automatic testing and sorting for LED. Also, it can test the photoelectric parameters; and the test condition can be preset by computer. It can fully instead of LED-628 from Weimin in Taiwan.

技术特点
1.自主开发基于线阵CCD的快速光栅光谱仪,准确测量发光二管的相对光谱功率分布,通过数据处理计算得到色品坐标、相关色温、显色指数、色容差、峰值波长、光谱半宽度、主波长、色比、色纯度等色度学参数,实现LED的全性能高光学测试;
2.采用基于WINDOWS的多线程技术进行及时的海量数据处理以及自动化设备控制;
3.采用非机械式通道切换技术,使LED测试效率12,分BIN率可达30K芯以上每小时,并彻底排除因人工测试造成的随机误差,使测试错误率从原来的3%降1‰;
4.融合运用“计算机总线虚拟分布式控制技术”和“非一致存储访问体系结构(NUMA)”,使原来以单片机控制为主的低数据率测试手段跃升到以工控机为硬件平台、面向对象与过程控制为主的软件方法测试,实现海量数据分析、存储、图表显示,使LED的测试结果更、更直观。

3. Adopt non-mechani swift technology, which enhances 12 times of test efficiency and reaches above 30K/hour, and eliminates the manual error completely that makes the error ratio reduce from 3% to 1‰;
4. Use the “chief line dummy distributing control technology” and “NUMA”, which converts the test method from SCM to software system, and it can print, display and store m data by the computer.
