Operation
TO POWER ON/OFF SWITCH
Press ON/OFF button to aivate the thermometer . Within 1 second the thermometer is ready to work.
TO MONITOR MAX/MIN TEMPERATURE READINGS
●Press the MAX/MIN memory button to see the maximum temperature reading.
●Press the MAX/MIN memory button again to see the minimum temperature reading.
TO ERASE MAX/MIN TEMPERATURE READINGS
●Press the MAX/MIN memory button to see the maximum temperature reading. then press the CLEAR button(〝DISPLAY 2s〞will appear).
●Press the MAX/MIN memory button again to see the minimum temperature reading. Then press the CLEAR button(〝DISPLAY 2s〞will appear).
TO SELE℃OR℉READING
Simply press the℃/℉button to sele the desired temperature version.
CAUTIONS
●Always wear a heat resistant glove to touch the metal probe during or just after cooking.
●Keep the metal probe away from children.
●Sterilize the metal probe each time before probing it into the food preparation.
