RHW系列环形数控绕线机是我所根据电力行业的需求，为改变目前电流互感器手工绕线的落后工艺现状而开发研制的新一代绕线设备。

RHW-63绕线机具有操作简便、分度及绕线精度高、启动力矩大、调速范围宽、节能、降噪等优点，且通用性强、适用范围宽、调整环节多，特别适用于小批量、多品种的环形线圈的绕制。先进的数字控制技术在该系列机床上的使用，使其具备自动计数、自动显示、自动停车、停车记存等功能。

由于该机增加了多线并绕机构，可同时进行双线或三线多层并绕，彻底解决了电流互感器二次线圈多线环形绕组的工艺性难题。同时,由于机器绕线接头少无浪费,可节省大量电磁线，极大地提高了产品的综合生产率和产品的质量。

RHW series NC loop wire winder is new generation winding equipment researched and developed by our institute in response to the need of the electric power industry in order to change present backward manual winding technology for the current transformers.

RHW-63 wire winder has such advantages as easy and simple operation, high indexing and winding accuracy, high starting moment, wide speed regulating range, energy conservation and noise reduction as well as high versatility wide application range and multiple adjustment links and is particularly applicable to winding multi-type annular coils in small quantities. Due to use of advanced digital control technique in this machine series, it has automatic counting, automatic display, automatic stop and stop memory functions.

Since this machine has the additional multi-line parallel winding mechanism, it can perform tow-line and three-line multilayer parallel winding, thus completely resolving the technical difficulty for multi-line ring winding of voltage transformer secondary coil. At the same time, due to less machine winding connectors and non-wastefulness, it can save a large quantity of electromagnetic wires and therefore greatly enhance product aggregate production rate and product quality.
