标准变频器驱动多台电机的应用
问题：标准变频器如何驱动多台电机？
答案： 如果客户使用一台变频器驱动多台电机，需要注意如下事项：
一、 变频器选型：
1） 根据电机额定输出电流总和估算变频器的额定输出电流。
2） 根据估算的变频器额定输出电流，适当加大变频器的裕量。
二、 电机保护：
1） 在每个电机回路单独安装过电流保护，过载保护。
2） 由于变频器输出电压波形是脉宽调制波，会引发保护器件的额外发热，需要考虑保护器件的选型裕量，以防止电机频繁保护跳闸。
3） 每台电机安装过温保护。
三、 限制条件
1） 所有电机电缆总长度加和，不能超过变频器的允许范围。
2） 对于电机电缆超长情况， 可以考虑变频器输出用一根母线连接到现场，到现场后再分线至每台电机。
3） 推荐变频器输出侧安装电抗器。
4） 变频器一般采用 V/F 控制方式。
5） 对所有电机一般要求同时启动、同时停止。
6） 在变频器运行中，一般不允许进行电机的投切操作。

3) each motor is protected by over temperature.
Three. Restrictive conditions
1) the total length of all motor cables can not exceed the allowable range of the frequency converter.
2) for the super long condition of electric cable, the output of a converter can be connected to the site with a bus, and then the line is separated to each motor after the field.
3) it is recommended to install the reactor at the output side of the inverter.
4) the frequency converter usually uses V/F control mode.
5) all motors are generally required to start at the same time and stop at the same time.
6) in the operation of the frequency converter, the switching operation of the motor is generally not allowed.
