三辊闸使用说明书
Tripod turnstile operation instruction
1.选择安装三辊闸的位置,固定三辊闸.
1. Choosing installation position of tripod turnstile and fixing it.
2.闸杆的装配(见图1)Assemble of rod.

1)Putting the rod in the installation flume of aluminium tray.
2).把定位片(location unit)装入铝盘销孔;
2)Putting the location unit in the aluminium tray.
3).把定位片(location unit)装到位,螺钉紧固即可。
3)Confirm location unit was installed exactly ,fixing the screw .

3.安装与测试
3.Installation and testing
(1)将SURPA-5802表头安装在三辊闸开口处,用固定夹固定后,用螺丝固定.
(1)Installing SURPA-5802 meter on the open position of tripod turnstile, using clip fix the meter and then using screw.
(2)SURPA-5802表头”right”面插孔为仪器信号线端,用DC直径2.5的插头插入,信号线另一端连接4&5角.假如所指箭头往表头方向,请把4.5线交换位置即可.
(2)The socket be located at SURPA-5802 right side is the signal termination,plugging a socket (diameter 2.5)into the signal termination,the another end of signal cable connect to 4 & 5 hole.(see Pic 2)If the arrow directs to meter position,please change the position of signal cable 4 &5.
(3)SURPA-5802”left”面插孔为仪器DC 12 V电源插头,DC插头为直径3.5电源适配器.
(3)The socket be located at SURPA-5802 left side is the DC 12V power adaptor(diameter 3.5)
(4)仪器底部为左右脚测试插孔,用”1”线连线端子测试踏板的左边,用于测试左脚,用”2”线连接测试踏板的右边,用于测试右脚.
(4)The bottom of the meter are testing jacks of feet,using cable “1”connecting left footstand,left foot can be tested,using cable”2”connecting right footstand,right foot can be tested.
(5)把工厂电源接入三辊闸内部,连接1 & 2角(见图2)
(5)Inserting power which used in the factory into the inside of tripod turnstile,plugging into 1 &2 hole.(see Pic 2)

4.此设备为单方向通行(见附图3)
(1) This equipment is single way:

(2)检查接线是否与接线图一致,检查所有插头是否有松动:检查设备是否接地可靠;确认无误后可上电调试。
(2)Checking if coils are in accordance with the above pictures,if all plugs slack or not,if all equipment be grounded .When you confirm all is ok,testing can be proceed
4 . Function testing
(1)开闸功能测试：当三辊闸有开闸信号后，三辊闸会自动解锁，通行方向指示器变为绿色箭头，等待行人进入，当超过设定时间后仍无人通行，设备会自动复位。
(1)Opening floodgate test:when tripod turnstile has openning floodgate signal,tripod turnstile will be automatially operated,the indicator will become green arrow and await passengers going through.Systems automatically reposition if passenger does not pass in regulated time.
(2)落杆功能测试：切断电源，闸杆落下；接通电源后电磁铁会产生磁力，即可进行手动升杆；.升杆方法：先用力压杆然后再抬杆至水平位置卡住即可。
●注意:测试过程中突然断电,闸杆落下,但通电后一定要用手压杆然后抬杆至水平位置,测试方可继续
(2)Dropping rod test:when it’s powered off,the rod will automatically drop.when it’s powered on electromagnet will cause magnetism,so we can go up rod by hand.Rod rise method:Press rod down with great strength and then lift rod to level postion.
●ATTENTION:If operator meet interruption of power supply suddenly during test,the rod will automatically drop,but when it’s powered on again,operatorMUSTpress rod down with great strength and then lift rod to level postion,testing can be proceed.
5.注意事项:

(1)在搬运安装三辊闸过程中,当心不锈钢划伤手.
1)During transit and installation,please take notice of stainless steel lacerating hands.
(2)未经许可，设备上请勿添加外围设备且确保系统接地可靠，保证设备工作的安全可靠
(2)Don’t add additional equipment outside tripod turnstile without permission and make sure ground system is reliable.
